Hello Again! I’m Ada Loong.

Here is a little more about me!

I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley, just outside Los Angeles. I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art, specializing in Graphic & Interaction Design from California State University, Fullerton. I love being creative for as long as I can remember.

My love for graphic arts started at a young age using Kid Pix (a bitmap drawing program designed for children). From a paintbrush tool to stamping colorful shapes around the artboard, I started to enjoy and find amusement in creating funny artwork that I could call my own. After some time, being in Los Angeles has opened my eyes to artistic approaches and began to connect with movie posters, prints, booklets, and anything with colorful graphics.

On the other hand, I also had an interest in technology, specifically computers. I love doing hands-on projects and expanding my knowledge of the newest technology. This has got me to build my very own computer and connect with tech. I did what every other teenager did that grew up with social media, specifically Tumblr: code different mouse cursors, change backgrounds/themes, colors, the list goes on. Combining my two interests, I discovered my passion for graphic and interaction design.

My work involves creative, expressive, and engaging solutions that share a concept/story across brand identity, print, UX/UI, and social media content. To me, design is an impactful feeling in all our lives, not in an aesthetical way but a meaningful application for everyone. Rather than receiving an "ok," I love to leave an impression in design as a special connection or event.

When I'm not on the job, I love to go on outdoor adventures, play board games/video games with friends, and indulge my love for trying new food!
