Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen is a coffee shop (located in Los Angeles, California) that invites Dreamers and Doers to utilize their space to work on their desired goals and find their “hilltop”. This was a client-based project where I had to create a memorable AR experience for Hilltop’s customers to use on Snapchat at their three locations.

Demonstration on Snapchat
The Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen lens was used not only to receive a Hilltop treat but to engage with the items being sold. This allowed customers to create fun inspirational moments for users to incorporate into their Snapchat while on the journey to find their hilltop.

Create an account with Snapchat.
If you already have an account, please sign in to your account.
When you launch the app, you will notice your front camera on. Double tap anywhere on the screen or tap the icon in the top right corner to flip to the back camera.
On the left, there is a snap code to scan. Point your back camera to the screen where the code is. Then, tap and hold to let Snapchat scan the code.
Wait a few seconds. The lens should automatically show up.
